For example, from our questionnaires, we know that our students appreciate our small class sizes (especially in the low season where there maybe only 5 or 6 in a class); that we are offering a very friendly, customer-oriented experience; that we are providing activities that students enjoy; that our teachers and office staff are providing top quality service.
So I want to say well done to the teachers and office staff who consistently put in a great effort to make all of this possible - here are what some of the students have said about them and the school over the past few weeks:
