Our student excursion for Halloween to Wicklow Historic Gaol today was great .. there are some photos on the DLTC language school's facebook group and page! The free tour by private bus was attended by 30 students on our General English language course. After receiving an informational talk on the history of the gaol yesterday by the school director and some more information from the 'jailer' himself, we all wandered around the jail, it's dungeons and cells .. a wonderfully spooky place for Halloween! And of course after all of that thirsty work, we finished with a pint in one of Wicklow towns typical Irish pubs! A great afternoon! :)
